Hosting Plans

Disk Space - This is the amount of storage you will have available for your hosting account. Included in this are any emails waiting for you to collect, mySQL databases, your web site statistics and of course the content of your web site.

Data Transfer (Per Month) - The amount of information you can transfer to and from your hosting account each month. This includes emails you may send or receive, information you upload and traffic generated by visitors to your web site.

Set-up Fee - All of our hosting accounts have completely FREE setup. Even if your account includes a FREE domain you will only pay your regular hosting fee with no additional 'setup' costs.

Monthly Fee - If you decide to opt for monthly billing, this is the amount you will pay each month.

Quarterly Fee - Should you select quarterly billing, this is the price you will pay every three months.

Half-Yearly Fee - You can make savings on some packages by paying half-yearly, if you decide to pay at this interval.

Annual Fee - Many of our packages offer you discounts for paying yearly, the prices seen here will apply if you elect to pay on a yearly basis.

Price Freeze - We are committed to not increasing price of your hosting account.

POP3/IMAP Mail Accounts - The number of mailboxes are you able to create on your hosting account, these will be in the form of yourname@yourdomain.com. Each account has it's own login, able to send and receive via both POP3, IMAP and also full access to three extensive web-based mail applications for reading your mail on the move.

Mailing List - Keep in contact with your friends, family, colleagues and customers by creating mailing lists (also known as distribution lists) so you can all communicate through one address. Max 1000 members per list.

Unlimited Auto-Responders - Issue standard replies to emails once they arrive in your account. You do not have to check your e-mail account for this to operate since it's all performed on our servers.

Unlimited E-Mail Forwarding - Create as many forwarding email addresses as you need. Forward anything@yourdomain.com to any other address on the Internet.

Unlimited E-Mail Filters - Filter out unwanted email or direct email to different locations based on the content, very powerful filtering is standard. Supports regular expressions.

SPAM Filtering - SpamAssassin, extremely powerful SPAM detection software is included with all accounts. You can configure this in detail using your control panel. Say goodbye to all the adverts and scams taking up your valuable time and resources!

Webmail Interface - We provide three fully featured web-based mail packages, so you can read and send mail from anywhere in the world, all you need is access to a web browser. You have a choice from: NeoMail, Horde/IMP and SquirrelMail.

SMTP (Outgoing) Server - Available for all mailboxes. You can send mail through our servers, so you do not need to use mail servers provided by your Internet Access Provider.

MX Record Modification - (Advanced) If you have a more complex mail setup, you can change your MX record to have mail delivered elsewhere.

DNS Transfer in FREE - Transfer your domain names "nameservers" to us for free, we make no charge to transfer your domain name in for use with your hosting package.

Free Domain Reg / Full Transfer - Many of our hosting packages offer a FREE domain name registration when you sign up, or alternatively you can perform a full transfer of an existing domain to us.. We will even extend the registration of your transferred domain for one year for free!

mySQL Databases - Vastly powerful and Internet-standard SQL database server. You will receive the displayed number of mySQL databases included with your hosting package.

Parked Domains - Add extra domains to your account. If you own the .com of your choice why not register the .net as well, or any other domain type. Using this feature you can park these additional domains on top of your primary domain.

Addon Domains - Host more than one domain from your account, completely independently, each with their own content and mail settings. Once you own the domain you can add it using this feature. Use this to add even more value to your hosting account.

Sub-Domains - Organize your web site easier and with a more professional look. Using sub domains you can create extensions to your web site URL. e.g. http://john.mydomain.com

FTP Accounts - Create extra FTP accounts which can connect to your hosting account. FTP is File Transfer Protocol and is a method of moving files from computers to computer such as uploading content to your web site.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee - If you are unhappy with your service within 30 days of signing up, you may cancel and we will refund any money you have paid us. If your package included a free domain and you wish to keep this domain, this small cost will be subtracted from the returned amount since domain names cannot be cancelled once registered.
