| WHM & CPanel |
WHM (included with reseller accounts only) is an administrative interface for adding, removing, and modifying your resold accounts. You may also perform a few other tasks via this interface, such as: creating web hosting packages, managing shell access, and modifying news that will appear in the cPanel's of your resold accounts.
cPanel is included with all accounts, and will allow you to administer nearly every aspect of your web hosting account. |

| PHP 4.3.10 |

| Perl allows you to host your own CGI/Perl-based content. CGI allows for extremely advanced, dynamic content, to be used with your website. | Secured PHP/CGI Setup |
| All of our servers are running a secured PHP & CGI setup. This includes many things, however, mainly involves execution of your scripts, under your own username. This way, you may keep your files from being world-writable, to keep other sites from modifying your content. This also includes PHP openbasedir protection, limiting all PHP scripts on the server, from doing anything outside of their user's home directory, thus, keeping your home directory safe from view. |

| MySQL 4.xx.xx |
| MySQL is a database backend used in many dynamic scripts. It can be administered via phpMyAdmin, and is a rather robust database. | Frontpage Extensions |
| Frontpage Extensions can be controlled from within your cPanel interface, and will allow you to connect, upload, and modify your site, via Microsoft Frontpage. |

| FTP Access |
| FTP allows for the uploading of your files via an FTP client such as WSFTP, Cute FTP, and BulletProof FTP. |

| Access to raw log files |
| Via the cPanel interface, you may download raw logs of your website's usage. |

| WebMail - NeoMail, SquirrelMail, Horde |
| NeoMail, SquirrelMail, and Horde, provide interfaces for checking eMail via an Internet browser. You will be able to access the webmail clients at your desired domain name, such as: http://www.domainname.com/webmail - and securely, at an address such as: https://www.domainname.com:2096/ |

| POP3 Access |
| POP3 allows for you to check your eMail messages via an eMail client, such as Microsoft Outlook Express, Eudore, or Netscape Mail. POP over SSL allows encrypted eMail to insure your eMail and privacy is secure. |

| IMAP is another eMail protocol, such as POP3, which can be used to easily synchronize your eMail accounts across separate computers and mail clients. |

| MIME Types Access |
| MIME type access will allow you to, easily, setup .html files to parse as PHP, or .eee to parse as CGI, etc. |

| Apache Handler Access |
| Apache handlers are similar to MIME types, allowing your site to execute a file with an odd extension, as PHP or CGI. |

| Ability to Modify MX Entry |
| The ability to modify your MX entry can be used to easily use third-party eMail services for your eMail, if desired, such as: http://www.everyone.net. |

| AwStats Site Statistics |
| AwStats site statistics generate a very robust layout of your websites usage, among many other items related to your site. More information can be found here: http://awstats.sourceforge.net |

| Addon and Parked Domains |
| You can add as many addon and parked domains to your accounts as you wish. Addon domains will be separate sites, and parked domains will present the same site as your main domain. |

| FTP Accounts |
| You may setup as many FTP accounts as you'd like, allowing you to give FTP access to friends. In conjunction with Addon Domains, you can give out hosting to your friends, and allow them to update their site on their own. |

| eMail Accounts |
| You can setup as many eMail accounts within your site as you wish. However, the eMail that is stored within the mailboxes setup, will consume space within your hosting plan. |

| eMail Forwards |
| You may setup as many eMail forwarders are you'd like. This allows one eMail address to server as a redirection to another eMail address. (i.e., someone@domainname.com will deliver eMail to yourinbox@yahoo.com) |

| eMail Responders |
| You may setup as many eMail Auto-Responders as you'd like. An auto-responder will automatically send an eMail back to anyone that sends you an eMail. |

| Subdomains |
| You can setup as many subdomains as you'd like. This will allow you to send users to http://forums.domain.com instead of http://www.domain.com/forums/. |

| Password Protected Directories |
| Within cPanel is an administration interface for password protecting directories, thus, allowing you to setup login usernames and passwords, with ease. |

| Custom Error Pages |
| Within cPanel, you can modify your site's 400, 401, 403, 404, and 500 error pages. Thus, allowing you to forward any users that get an error within your site, or try to load a page that doesn't exist, to your main page. |

| Online File Manager |
| Within cPanel is a File Manager, used to modify, remove, and create files within your web space. |
| |
| Server Side Includes |
| Server side includes are enabled, allowing you to present the contents of one file, within another. SSI can be used to make updating your website very easy, allowing you to separate header files, table contents, etc., into separate files. |

| Backup Utility |
| From within cPanel, you can easily download a backup of your website and MySQL databases. You may also send a backup off to an FTP server, if desired. |

| Cronjobs |
| Cronjobs can be used to run scripts at certain intervals, such as: every night, every 20 minutes, etc. |

| Spam Assassin |
| SpamAssasin can be toggled on or off via cPanel. SpamAssassin will notify an eMail user if a received message is possibly spam. SpamAssassin checks against known spam eMail formattings, to determine the eMails possibility as spam. |

| HotLink Protection |
| Hotlinking is when a user links directly to one or more of your images or files and includes them on their website. HotLink Protection allows you to create rules to prevent this from happening. |

| Directory Index Manager |
| The Directory Index Manager will allow you to turn indexes on or off for a directory. If indexes are off, your website visitors will not be able to see what files are in a directory if the directory does not have an index file. |

| IP Deny Manager |
| This feature will allow you to block a range of IP addresses to prevent them from accessing your site. |
